Employee Self Service

I was the lead designer on this project. The Employee Self Service (renamed Workcloud Shift) app empowers employees and employers to manage their schedules, locations, availability, and time off. The purpose of the redesign was to modernize the feel, improve the navigation, meet accessibility standards, create branded, white and dark modes, and simplify user flows. I collaborated with UX Research on user testing, presented to stakeholders, and worked closely with front-end developers and engineering on the implementation.
